Commercial Interiors of NY is owned and operated by Liza and Rich Kraemer.  Prior to becoming a separate DBA in 2013, CINY was a division of Kraemer's Kitchen Factory, LLC, which has been in business since 2006. We are a designer and dealer for commercial casework. We are certified dealers for Merillat Cabinetry, KraftMaid Cabinetry, Executive, Designer's Choice, Homesite, Waypoint, American Woodmark, and more. We have designed and provided cabinetry for medical facilities, dormitories, and offices. Liza, our designer and owner, has over 20 years of experience in the cabinet business. 

Our Story

Liza and Rich Kraemer began their career in the cabinetry industry on the construction end of the process. They installed cabinets together for a big box store. After years of learning about the functional, practical, and aesthetic aspects of cabinetry, they decided to start their own cabinetry design business where they could provide a more personal, tailored experience to each client. Liza and Rich Kraemer started Kraemer's Kitchen Factory, LLC in 2006. Together, they have been able to maintain and grow the business for over 10 years. As of 2013, Commercial Interiors of NY, or CINY, became our commercial brand to allow for a renewed focus on the commercial casework design and supply part of the business.  We are a dealer for over five different cabinetry lines and have experience with a range of small and large projects. We have experience with both small and large scale jobs. We have had experience with medical facilities, universities, and offices.
